% 29.02.2016 Pursuant to our directions given on the previous occasion, the learned counsel for the appellant has produced the original bill books which relate to the invoices as set out in paragraph 31 of the impugned judgment. We have examined the same. However, the learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from Mr Kuldeep Singh, who is the proprietor of the appellant firm, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Permission is granted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The four bill books, which have been produced by the learned counsel for the appellant shall be placed in a sealed cover and shall be put in the record of the Suit [CS(OS) 1929/2015]. We are informed that this matter is coming up before the learned Single Judge on 02.03.2016. The learned Single Judge may examine the said books and decide as to what is to be done with them.
