% 13.07.2016 Crl.M.A. No.10348/2016 This application has been filed by the State to seek a direction to CFSL Rohini to give its opinion on the exhibits and polygram test within a period of ten days and to grant further time for two weeks thereafter to enable the applicant to file the final report and extend the investigation qua factum of the case for filing of charge sheet.

I may note that this application has been filed on 25.04.2016. However, the same has got listed now.

Accordingly, the learned APP states that she would take instructions whether this application survives or not. At request, adjourned to 02.08.2016.
