By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner inter alia seeks quashing of summoning order dated 22.05.2025 passed by learned JMFC- (Mahila Court-01, North West, Rohini, Delhi) in Ct. Cases 3268/2024. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, including approaching the learned Sessions Court. 3.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
