These are applications under Section 151 CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the present petition on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide its Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2024. 2.

submits by referring to para 6 of the Mediation Settlement Agreement, that the present applications were to be moved within 15 days of the signing of the Settlement Agreement, which has been inadvertently breached by the applicants since the Settlement Agreement Report itself was issued with a little delay and prays that the same may not come in the way of the present order. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection thereto.

In view of the Settlement Agreement, it is directed that the parties are bound by the statements recorded therein as also by the terms of the settlement. The said Settlement Agreement shall form part of this order. 4.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed. 5.

W.P.(C) 2865/2019 and W.P.(C) 2867/2019 alongwith pending applications stand disposed of in above terms. 6.
