The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 06/2025 of Police Station Cyber Police Station West for offence under Section 308(2)/318(4)/319(2)/61(2)/3(5) BNS.

At the outset, learned APP for State assisted by IO/SI Arvind submits that bail application of accused Shiva is already pending before the bench of HMJ Anup J. Bhambhani.

I have examined detailed order dated 15.04.2026 whereby, status report was directed to be filed. The bail application of co-accused Shiva is stated to have been heard by HMJ Anup J. Bhambhani on 16.04.2026. brought before HMJ Anup J. Bhambhani. Apparently, the State concealed the vital discussion recorded in order dated 15.04.2026 in the present application. Even the status report filed in the present case subsequent to last order is silent on observations recorded in last order. Such concealment on the part of State is deplorable, to say the least. 4.

Subject to orders of learned Judge Incharge (Criminal Side), list before the court of HMJ Anup J. Bhambhani today itself at 02:30pm. 5.
