% 22.04.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the final order has been passed by the trial court assessing maintenance at Rs. 10,000/- per month payable from the date of the application. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise the issue with regard to the adjustment before the concerned court. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders are vacated.
