Mr. S. Dobhal, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, says that the petitioner till take recourse to an appropriate statutory remedy. 3.
To facilitate this exercise, Mr. Dobhal says that the Allahabad Bank should provide a copy of the title documents and memorandum of mortgage/mortgage documents so that an informed action can be taken by the petitioner.

The captioned writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Allahabad Bank to provide the copies of the documents as sought for by Mr.Dobhal within 10 days of receiving a copy of the order. W.P.(C) 2635/2020
4.1 The petitioner will have liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, albeit, in accordance with the law.
