The present petition is directed against order the dated 24th January, 2019, whereby interim maintenance was awarded under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that the underlying complaint itself has since been finally adjudicated by order dated 6th August, 2025 and thus, he would like to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, since the relief sought in the present petition, which pertains to the interim order that stands merged with the final order, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
