Pursuant to order dated 16th October 2024, counsel for petitioner states that they have withdrawn earlier expired Demand Draft from the Trial Court and have tendered fresh DD No.141887 dated 19th October 2024 drawn on Bank of Baroda, to the respondent.

Respondent, who is present in the Court, confirms the same and states that she has already presented the said draft. She further states that she has no objection to compounding of the complaint. 3.

Accordingly, complaint no. 465374/2016 under Section 138 NI Act stands compounded in respect of payment which has been tendered by petitioner to respondent (Rs.4,71,000/- in 2019 and Rs.2,04,000/- by the said draft).

Respondent shall be at liberty to approach this Court in the event the said draft is not encashed or is dishonoured. 5.
