Heard the learned counsels for respective parties. 2.

This Public Interest Litigation seeks a prayer for issuing direction to respondents to take appropriate action with respect to alleged illegal and unauthorized construction situated at Plot No. I-1242, Main Mubarakpur Road, Prem Nagar -2, Kirari, Delhi-110086.

For redressal of his grievances, petitioner has already lodged an online complaint dated 26th November 2025, annexed as Annexure P-4 to this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and the Special Task Force, Delhi Development Authority, to examine the said complaint and take appropriate action as may be warranted under law. 5.

Needless to say, in case any action is proposed to be taken against respondent no.6, an appropriate opportunity to represent his case, along with a hearing, if needed, shall be afforded to respondent no.6. 6.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in above terms. 7.

Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous. 8.
