Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings initiated against the Petitioner under Section 107/151 of Cr.P.C. registered under D.D No.6A dated 07.10.2018, Police Station Palam Village and to initiate disciplinary action against the erring officials and to grant compensation for illegal detention and illegal proceedings under Section 107/151 of Cr.P.C against the Petitioner. 2.
After some arguments, learned ASC submits that the Kalandra proceedings stood concluded as the Petitioner had pleaded guilty and he had been directed to furnish a bond for maintaining peace vide Order dated 29.11.2018.

Since the proceedings already stand concluded, there is no Kalandra pending of which the quashing can be sought. After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy against the Order dated 29.11.2018 and the Kalandra proceedings before the appropriate forum. 5.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The time taken before this Court shall be excluded in the proceedings filed before the appropriate forum. 7.
The grounds stated herein may be taken before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
