This writ petition was preferred by the Petitioner seeking various benefits from Respondent No.2 such as outstanding salary and gratuity. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 have during the pendency of the writ petition resolved their inter se disputes amicably and Petitioner has agreed to accept a sum of Rs.5,35,736/- in full and final settlement of all his claims and has also signed an undertaking-cum-declaration to this effect. The amount has to be released to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2, on instructions from Mr. Kamal (Law Officer) submits that the outstanding amount of Rs.5,35,736/- will be paid to the Petitioner within a period of two W.P.(C) 4447/2021 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
