directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction that has been raised at properties No. 612, Gali No. 35, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025 and Property No. 95/C, Gali No. 20, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi. 2.

In respect of grievances raised in this writ petition, petitioner is said to have made representation to Deputy Commissioner, MCD, as also to Vice Chairman, DDA on 24th February 2026.

Mr. Manu Chaturvedi, Standing Counsel for MCD, informs that so far as Property No. 95/C, Gali No. 20, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla is concerned, it was booked on 13th January 2026 and demolition order has also been passed.

With respect to Property No. 612, Gali No. 35, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, it is informed that the same is not traceable for the reason that no such property, bearing no. 612, is there in the area concerned. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition with direction to the concerned authority/authorities to take proceedings, initiated in respect of Property No. 95/C, to its logical end by taking action which may be permissible under law.

So far as Property No. 612 is concerned, petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation to all the authorities, disclosing therein correct identity of the property.

The said representation may be made by petitioner within a period of 10 days from today.

As and when such representation is made disclosing correct identity of the property concerned, appropriate action which may be warranted under law, shall be initiated and concluded by the authority concerned. 9.
