The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "(i) Pass an order issuing the contempt against the Respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of the judgment dated 19.11.2019 passed in WP (C) No.3882/2019; and (ii) Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent submits that petitioner has already preferred a writ petition bearing No. W.P.(C) 2280/2022.
