The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "In view of the above said facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR 369/2015 P.S. K.N Katju Marg, Delhi registered under section 420/406/120B IPC and the proceedings emanating, qua the petitioner herein, in the interest of justice and pass any such further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the petitioners." 2.
