This application is filed for early hearing of CM APPL. 37569/2025 in which directions are sought to Directorate of Education to act in accordance with law so far as disciplinary proceedings are concerned. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer in this petition is with regard to the release of benefits as per the 7th Pay Commission and similar issue has been decided in favour of the petitioner by decision of this court in W.P.(C) 6841/2022 titled as Mukesh Kumar Verma Vs. Lions Public School & Ors. 2023/DHC/00015 decided on 20.12.2022.

This petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent/school to consider this writ petition as representation and decide the same in accordance with law after taking into account the decision of this court in Mukesh Kumar Verma Vs. Lions Public School & Ors (supra). 5.

It would be apposite to note that the law is well-settled that every employee need not knock the door of this court and the respondents are duty-bound to implement the directions if accepted. 6.

The needful shall be done expeditiously not later than six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order and the amount found due, if any, shall be paid within four weeks thereafter.

It is clarified that during the pendency these proceedings shall not be taken as an impediment to proceed with the disciplinary proceedings, if any. 8.

The next date of hearing stands cancelled.
