1. The order dated 10th December, 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in Contempt Case (Civil) 284/2019 has been perused.

2. The Court notes that the learned Single Judge (A.K. Chawla, J.) was part of the Bench which delivered the judgment dated 15th October 2018, clarification of which is being sought in the present application.

3. The Court considers it appropriate to request the learned Single Judge (A.K. Chawla, J.) to dispose of the Contempt Case (Civil) 384/2019 as he is in the best position to further clarify any observation/direction issued in the judgment dated 15th October, 2018.

4. The application is disposed of.
