Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0007/2021 dated 11.01.2021 under Sections 37/51/63 and 69 of the Copyright Act, 1957 and Section 7of Cable Television Network Registration Act, 1995 and impugned Order dated 23.12.2020 of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (West), Tis Hazari, New Delhi in CC No. 13975/2018 under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. and all proceedings emanating therefrom.
