The Matter has been placed before us in the National Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties who are present through their counsel. 2.
The parties have settled the disputes. The appellant/United India Insurance Company Limited ('the appellant/insurance company', for short) had sought reduction in the compensation awarded by the Tribunal. The parties have agreed to reduce the amount by Rs.7,50,000/- along with accrued interest out of the total Award of Rs.87,10,984/-. 3.
It is noticed that vide order of the Court dated 20.03.2019, the sum of Rs.7,50,000/- along with interest accrued thereon was directed to be kept in a separate fixed deposit.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the National Lok Adalat, the separate fixed deposit of Rs.7,50,000/- be released by the MACT to the authorised agent of the appellant/insurance company on an appropriate application being moved in this regard under intimation to the Secretary, Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee . 7.
The statutory amount of Rs 25,000/- along with interest, if any, be also released to the appellant/United India Insurance Company Limited by the Registrar General of this Court.

The matter is accordingly settled.

This Award be placed on the record of the case. 10.
The file be consigned.
