% 24.01.2017 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to make correction in petitioner's date of birth in his driving licence No. DL 0520070305031.

It has been averred in the petition that petitioner was issued a driving licence on 17th August, 2016, wherein his date of birth has been wrongly mentioned as 2nd July, 1989 instead of 30th January, 1990. It is the petitioner's case that all his documents including class 10th certificate mentions his date of birth as 30th January 1990. Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that despite making representation dated 19th December, 2016 addressed to Transport Minister,

Govt. of NCT of Delhi, no response has been received till date. Issue notice.

Mr. Siddhartha Dutta, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents. He states that the petitioner's representation dated 19th December, 2016 shall be disposed of by the MLO within two weeks. Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, petitioner's representation dated 19th December, 2016 addressed to Transport Minster, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is directed to be disposed of by respondent no. 3-MLO within two weeks.

With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition and application are disposed of.
