After some hearing, it is agreed that the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Department of Forests & Wildlife, Government of NCT of Delhi shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter dispose of the complaints of the petitioner [which are subject matter of the three writ petitions i.e. W.P.(C) 18405/2025, W.P.(C) 18658/2025 & W.P.(C) 18644/2025] by way of a reasoned order.

Let the same be done as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from today.
