order dated 15th December, 2025 shall not be acted upon, as such, the petitioners have already been served with a notice of fresh hearing. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the very purpose of initiation of the present proceedings stands served, and that being so, the present petitions can be disposed of. 4.
In view of the said statement made by the counsel for the respondents, on instruction, which is accepted, the present writ petitions stand disposed of.

As a consequence of above, the counsel for the petitioners states that he shall be seeking disposal of the contempt petition bearing no. CONT. (CAS)(C) No.82/2026, in terms of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the respondents.
