The present writ petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking the following reliefs:

"a. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to issue the joining letter of the Petitioners in the Constable in CAPFs, SSF and Riflemen in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in NCB Examination 2025 b. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to expedite the verification of Domicile/ Biometric/Documents status at the earliest in the Constable in CAPFs, SSF and Riflemen in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in NCB Examination 2025."

After selection of the Petitioners, their appointments have been withheld in order to verify the documents submitted by them. The Respondent authorities have already taken 03 months to verify the documents.
