The present bail application has been filed seeking Anticipatory Bail in case FIR No. 706/2023 dated 03.11.2023 registered under Section 307/34/120B IPC and Section 27 Arms Act registered at PS Lajpat Nagar.

Learned APP for the State has fairly submitted that the charge-sheet in the present case has been filed without affecting the arrest of the petitioner. On instructions it has also been stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Since the charge-sheet has been filed. It has been stated by the IO that the petitioner has joined the investigation. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Ld. Trial Court.

furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Trial Court subject to the following terms and conditions: a) the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case;

b) the petitioner shall provide his/her mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and keep it operational at all times; c) In case of change of residential address and/or mobile number, the petitioner shall intimate the same to the Investigating Officer/Court concerned by way of an affidavit. d) the petitioner shall also inform the investigation officer about any change in their address.
