The instant application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C') has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking grant of interim bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no.111/2022, registered at Police Station Lahori Gate, Delhi for offences punishable under Sections 365/395/342/170 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') on the ground of further treatment/surgery of his mother.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the factum of surgery of the petitioner's mother has been verified. 3.
It is stated that the wife of the petitioner herein cannot look after applicant's mother, since she has to take care of her minor son. In view thereof and considering the nature of surgery that the mother of the petitioner needs to undergo, and also the fact that the petitioner has to arrange funds for the same and look after her, this Court is inclined to grant The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. interim bail to the present applicant for a period of one month from 09.04.2024 till 09.05.2024. However, he will surrender on 10.05.2024 before the learned Trial Court on the following conditions: a. The applicant shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court;
b. The applicant shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the State of NCT of Delhi;
c. The applicant shall furnish to the IO/SHO/Jail Superintendent concerned, his mobile number on which the applicant may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched-on at all times; d. The applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authorities at the expiry of the period of interim bail.

Accordingly, present application stands disposed of. 5.
