% 14.03.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 08.02.2016 duly signed by the parties, their counsels and mediator is placed on record. Counsels, on instructions, state that the settlement has been fully acted upon already. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of as settled in terms of the settlement agreement.
