The accused/applicants seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 35/2024 of PS Chandni Mahal for offence under Section 468/467/420/471/120B IPC. The accused/applicants are real brothers.

In this call, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seek permission to withdraw these anticipatory bail applications with liberty to raise after surrender same arguments as raised in the present bail applications. Further, learned counsel for accused/applicants requests for direction to the trial court to decide the bail applications once the accused/applicants surrender as expeditiously as possible. 5.
As requested, the bail applications as well as the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. The trial court shall expeditiously decide the regular bail applications as and when the same are filed by the accused/applicants after surrendering.
