% 25.03.2019 Ms. Gurpreet Kaur and Ms. Harpreet Kaur, the daughters of Ms. Gurcharan Tuli, have appeared before this Court and expressed their willingness to allow Mr. Jaswant Singh, the elderly father of the latter, to visit the former, who is unwell, at all times convenient to them. In the first instance, with their consent, Mr. Jaswant Singh, may visit at the residence of Ms. Gurcharan Tuli, at House No. 5980, Gali No. 1, Kabul Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032, for half an hour today at 5:00 p.m. W.P.(CRL) 847/2019

The Delhi Police shall ensure the presence of the SHO, Police Station Shahdara, at the above-stated address at the appointed hour. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this habeas corpus petition any further. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
