This Court notes that none has been appearing for the appellant since the last two dates.

Vide order dated 19th September, 2024, it had been recorded as follows:
"1.
Mr. Rishabh Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has not been receiving any instructions from the appellant. Thus, he seeks discharge from the present matter. 2.
In view of the submissions made before this Court, issue court notice to the appellant, for appearance on the next date of hearing, through some other counsel or by itself.
3.
Re-notify on 28th November, 2024."

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, court notice was issued to the appellant, which stands duly served, as recorded in the order dated 31st January, 2025, which reads as under:
"1. Office noting shows that court notice through courier has been delivered to the appellant.
2. None appears for the appellant, despite notice.
3. Accordingly, re-notify on 17th February, 2025.
4. This Court shall pass appropriate orders, if there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant, on the next date of hearing." 5.
Thus, it transpires that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
