By virtue of the bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in E-FIR No.08/2026 dated 07.01.2026 registered under Sections 318(4)/340 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at PS: Cyber Crime, Rohini, Sector-17, New Delhi.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the applicant is willing to join and participate in the on-going investigation, if, as and when, his presence is required by the Investigating Officer.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.
