By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "a) Issue of Writ In The Nature Of Mandamus Or Any Other Appropriate Writ, Order Or Direction To Respondent No. 4 To Expedite The Investigation Of Both Cases/Fir No (S). 471/2022 U/S 326/34 P.S.- G.T.B. Enclave, New Delhi and 103/2023 U/S 420/120b/34 IPC, P.S.- G.T.B. Enclave, New Delhi And File The Charge Sheet/Final Report Under Section 173 Cr.P.C./193 BNSS Before The Competent Court Within A Specified Time, if the accused is misusing and not appearing before the police to cooperate in filing of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. chargesheet the interim bail should be cancelled and accused should be in custody as per law prevails to file the further course of law."

Issue notice.

Learned ASC accepts notice and. He, without adverting to the merits therein, submits that the Delhi Police has been working diligently to the best of their abilities qua FIR Nos.471/2022 and 103/2023 registered under Sections 326/34 and 420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 respectively at PS: G.T.B. Enclave. In any event, since the primary accused in both the aforesaid FIRs are the same, he submits that as per information received the investigation therein shall be concluded within a period of three months from now, and the charge-sheet shall also be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.

In view of above, particularly the statement made by learned ASC for State, since there is nothing remaining in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks, and is granted, permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies if, as and when required in accordance with law. 7.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
