It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State that the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 8455/2017 titled as National Blind Federation vs. GNCTD & Ors. is also considering the expeditious appointment of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities. The said matter is coming up for hearing tomorrow. 2.

In view of the aforesaid fact having been noticed by this Court, it will not be appropriate to continue two parallel proceedings for the same relief. 3.

The Court, therefore, grants liberty to the petitioner to take necessary recourse in accordance with law to agitate his grievance in the pending W.P.(C) 8455/2017.
