% 11.03.2020 CRL.M.A.No.5158/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(CRL) 671/2020 This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the impugned order dated 18.09.2019 passed by the Director General - Prisons, Prison Headquarters, Tihar, New Delhi whereby the appellant was granted first furlough on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each of like amount. Learned counsel for petitioner says earlier vide order dated 19.04.2017 the petitioner was granted parole for a period of four weeks subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of

the Jail Superintendent concerned. He also duly complied with the conditions as directed in W.P (Crl) No.276/2017 and that condition of two sureties as imposed vide order dated 11.06.2019 of the Delhi Prison be modified to one surety.

Considering the fact that earlier he was granted parole with one surety, hence the condition of two sureties stands modified to one surety only. Accordingly, petitioner be released on furlough on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar, Delhi. The other conditions as imposed per order dated 11.06.2019 shall prevail.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. Order dasti. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
