This application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 18th October 2024 passed by this Court. In the said order in para 11, it has inadvertently been recorded as under:

"11. The proceedings of the ad-interim maintenance applications may be expeditiously disposed of by the Family Court" whereas, it ought to read as under:

"The proceedings which are pending in the maintenance applications may be expeditiously disposed of by the Mahila Court." 2.

The application is allowed and order dated 18th October 2024 stands modified to that extent.
