Petitioner has challenged order dated 15.02.2024 whereby its application moved under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner, however, submits that after the aforesaid dismissal, issues have already been framed and one of the issues pertains to jurisdictional aspect and since case is at the stage of trial, petitioner, at the moment, without prejudice to its rights and contentions, does not press present petition.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
