At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner states that in terms of the directions contained in the last order, nothing is left in the present matter. It is submitted that the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property has already been handed over to the respondent and arrears etc. have also been cleared.

Learned counsel for respondent, who appears through Video Conferencing, also admits the same and submits that since the respondent is now fully satisfied, the matter has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, since nothing further survives in the present matter, the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
