The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 08.03.2024 passed by learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-2, Delhi in SA No. 98/204 titled as Rekha Bhardwaj vs. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited whereby learned DRT issued notice on the SA No. 98/204 for 01.04.2024.

After making some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and submits that already SA No. 98/204 is pending before the learned DRT and is listed for hearing on 01.04.2024. However, liberty is sought to move an appropriate application before learned DRT as per law.
