O R D E R
% 15.01.2019 Vide order dated 14.12.2018, the Hon'ble Court has inter alia directed as under:- "27.
In the facts of this case, the interest shall run for the entire period @ 9% instead of the rate of interest awarded by thelearned ADJ. On 13th February, 2017, this Court had stayed the impugned judgment/decree subject to the DDA depositing in this Court and is lying in a fixed deposit. It is accordingly directed that the worthy Registrar General may release the sum of Rs.5,98,986/- along with interest @ 9% per annum w.e.f. 22nd July, 2005 till date. Any excess amount shall be refunded to the DDA. The demand draft be prepared within four weeks and be handed over to the Respondent through counsel in the presence of the Respondent's authorised signatories.

List before the Registrar General for giving the computation of the amount to be released on 15th January, 2019."
In pursuance to the above said direction Mr. Lakshay Sharma, Adv. alongwith Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Managing Director of respondent are present and
placed on record calculation on behalf of the respondent. As per the calculation a sum of Rs.13,38,813.45 is liable to be released to the respondent and remaining amount is to be refunded to the appellant.
As per office report an amount of Rs.13,55,426/- has been deposited by the appellant and the same is lying in the FDR.
Ms. Nazi Parveen, Adv. for Mr. Sanjeev Sagar, Standing Counsel for DDA requests time to file their calculation in term of order dated 14.12.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Court and submits that for the time being amount may not be released.
