Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that a sum of Rs.81,162,726/- has been paid to the decree holder vide bank draft dated 03.12.2024 bearing No.164200, drawn on State Bank of India, Commercial Branch, Nehru Place, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the decree holder confirms that with the receipt of the aforesaid amount, the decree stands satisfied. Accordingly, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. The same is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

All subsisting interim orders and attachment orders stand vacated. 4.
