% 25.03.2019 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to withdraw to this writ petition. At the same time, he requested for some time to deposit the 20% amount directed to be deposited by the impugned order. He also requested that the appeal before the CIT(A) should be expedited.
This court is of the opinion that the amount in question should be deposited within six weeks. The CIT(A) is also directed to expedite the hearing and dispose of the appeal and ensure that the final orders are passed at the earliest, preferably within 4 months.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
