The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 3 has already vacated the premises of the petitioner and has also undertaken not to visit his premises again without his permission, and also not to create any nuisance. He further submits that on the last date of hearing, the Beat Constable and SHO, PS Sunlight Colony had also furnished his mobile numbers. 2.
