By instituting the proceedings of this public interest litigation petition, a prayer has been made to direct the respondents to implement a system of email notification for all fast tag toll transactions for all users across India. Another direction sought is that respondents be directed to frame and notify a uniform policy for providing such email notification. 3.

In our opinion, the prayers made in this writ petition can be better considered and adjudicated by the authority concerned. respondent nos. 1 and 2 by way of making a representation for ventilation of his grievances, within a fortnight from today. 4.
