By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks modification of order dated 15.05.2024 for deposit of cost of Rs.5,000/- within four weeks from date of passing of the order. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the directions in the order dated 15.05.2024 for payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- by the petitioner could not be complied with due to intervention of vacations. He submits that the cost would be paid within one week from today. Ordered accordingly. 3.
