Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(C) 3654/2025, submits that he is satisfied with the action taken by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") and does not wish to pursue the matter any further.

Likewise, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.(C) 16509/2025, submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition, and does not wish to pursue the same.

It is clarified that in case there are further actions to be taken on behalf of the MCD, the same shall be taken, in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petitions, along with the pending applications are dismissed, as withdrawn.
