The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "I. Issue an order or direction for quashing the entire proceedings as well as the impugned charge sheet dated 27.03.2015 with section 420/406/467/468/471/506/120b of IPC and the criminal proceedings arising out of the FIR no.330/2012, under section 420/406/467/506/120-B of I.P.C. in P.S. Mandawali, East Delhi filed before the Hon'ble Court of M.M, -03 East Karkardooma. in the CR Case no. 809/2016 II. Issue an order or direction for quashing the First Information Report no. 330/2012, under section 420/406/467/506/120-B of I.P.C. in P.S. Mandawali, East Delhi.
III. Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper in the circumstances of case." 3.
It is pointed out that petitioners have moved an application before the concerned learned Trial Court for discharge.

In view of the above, the present petition is sought to be withdrawn with liberty to pursue the aforesaid remedy.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of. 7.
Learned Trial Court is requested to ensure that the arguments on the said application are heard as expeditiously as possible and decide the same preferably within a period of 3 months.
