Petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for cancellation of bail granted to Respondent No. 2 to 5 in FIR No. 0590/2023 under Sections 323/324/307/427/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Bharat Nagar, Delhi.

Perusal of record indicates that only orders dated 03.01.2024 and 09.01.2024 granting bail to Ajji @ Sahil (Respondent No. 4) and Manoj @ Anuj (Respondent No -5) have been annexed.
