Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner states that both parties have come to an amicable settlement and, by virtue of the present application, he seeks permission to place on records the settlement agreement/MoU executed between the parties. He further seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of the MoU.
