% 31.10.2018 CRL.M.A. 35468/2018 (by petr. for modification of order dt. 17.09.2018) The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite visiting the DCF (West) a number of times, no land was allotted to him for compliance of the order for plantation of 75 trees. No Affidavit has been filed by the DCF (West).

Let the said DCF be present in Court on the next date alongwith relevant records. The affidavit shall be filed before the next date. List on 05.12.2018.

The petitioner will be free to procure plants from any Government/ private nursery.
