The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. Quash the FIR No.314/2014 P.S. Ghazipur, Delhi Under section 406/420/506(2)/120-B/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the proceedings there under in favour of the petitioners and in the interest of justice.

Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge the grounds taken herein, before the learned Trial Court at the time of consideration on the point of charge. 3.
