One gentleman stating his name to be Om Prakash Anand and who is the proprietor of the decree holder states that his advocate is unwell and seeks adjournment.

On enquiry, the said Mr. Om Prakash Anand states that the sum of Rs.9,65,000/- ordered to be released in his favour has been released to him. 3.

On further enquiry whether the decree holder has found any other asset of the judgment debtors, the said Mr. Om Prakash Anand states that nothing has been learnt till now.

In this view of the matter, it is not deemed appropriate to keep this execution pending and the same is closed.

Needless to state that the decree holder will have liberty to apply afresh upon learning any other asset of the judgment debtors. RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW, J.
